The consultancy provides assistance in the Start Up phase with respect to the type of company appropriate to the entrepreneur’s objectives and in the drawing up of the company’s articles of association, taking into account the relationships between the founding partners, with particular extensive experience in limited companies such as S.r.l. (limited liability company), S.p.A.(public limited company) and cooperatives. Assistance is then provided with compliance with all corporate obligations: minutes of general meetings and companies register obligations, renewal of mandates and assistance to the board of directors.
