Chartered Accountant and Economic Advisor
After completing an Economics Degree at the University of Pisa, he continued to work at the university as a lecturer in Corporate Economics, specialising in extraordinary corporate transactions: demergers, mergers, transfers of assets and company reorganisations. He then decided to devote himself entirely to the profession of Chartered Accountant and Economic Advisor to companies, for which he obtained certification in 1991, as the proprietor of a consultancy in Lucca where he employs a team of five highly qualified staff. He concentrates personally on company start-ups, from the choice of the most appropriate form of company and tax regime to the resolution of companies’ financial problems and compositions with creditors, over-indebtedness procedures for parties not able to institute bankruptcy proceedings, corporate and management consultancy with special emphasis on company organisation, company financing, product policy and the marketing mix, family arrangements through family agreements and trusts, focusing almost exclusively on limited companies (S.p.A (Public limited company), S.r.l. (limited liability company), and large cooperatives). The territory covered by the business extends from Tuscany to Lombardy and Veneto. His knowledge of English and French enables him to act for foreign companies, including the acquisition of companies abroad and the setting up of subsidiaries.
He has performed important roles for the Courts of Lucca, including the valuation of Snai S.p.A. for the purposes of the initial public offering, as well as acting as official receiver, official technical consultant and manager of over-indebtedness problems.
He has always held offices in companies, including directorships and management roles, as well as acting as the auditor of public and private sector companies (Chairman of the Board of Auditors of Clap SpA for ten years).

- Registered in the register of statutory auditors at number 19924 since 1995.
- Registered in the register of local authority auditors.
- Registered in the register of judicial agreements at number 464 (on 24 November 2016).
- Enrolled in the list of technical consultants of the Lucca court expert in economic and financial matters.
- Enrolled in the list of liquidators at the ministry of economic development.
- Registered in the register of managers of the over-indebtedness crisis at the Ministry of Progressive Justice n. 1539 organism n. 28.
