The consultancy’s proprietor has acted as Official Receiver at the Courts of Lucca for more than twenty years and is a Technical Consultant to the Courts of Lucca in economic, financial, corporate and tax matters, having performed important roles in the valuation of companies, for example the valuation of “Snai S.p.A.” for the purposes of the initial public offering. On a number of occasions, he has acted as official technical consultant appointed by the judge to resolve economic and financial disputes. He is registered in the Register of Court Appointed Administrators established by the Legislative Decree of 14/2010. He is registered in the Register of Managers of Over-indebtedness Problems held by the Minister of Justice in the context of procedures for the resolution of problems faced by parties not able to institute bankruptcy proceedings.
